The first step in the initiation of a project is discussing your idea and understanding business needs. At this point, an NDA is signed. Also, business rules, as well as support models, are established.

Understanding & Defining Requirements

Begins a discussion regarding the goal of the project. You present all the requirements, which are collected into a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document, and priorities are set. It’s time to make pre-development planning, choose the technologies, create a LoFi design, select a team and estimate project duration and costs.

Here starts an agile development journey. When the concept and development plans are ready, we start designing and developing the project. A prepared team of Designers, Developers and Testers keeps working on every aspect of the software, led by a Project Manager or Product Owner.
