What happened to be the most challenging? Recognizing the need for a user-friendly interface tailored to the Standard Blockchain User, the design team faced the challenge of crafting an optimal and intuitive design for a nice user experience. In response, a cooperative and clean design system was established. On the development side, we had to guarantee the client an effortless management of proposals. We did all that, solving all kinds of doubts during regular meetings, so in the end, we found answers to everything with ease.

To ensure constant flow, in short, we have: Gathered Information - we talked with a client to understand the goal of the app and the future target audience, as well as conduct research on existing similar solutions. Created a Design – we defined the project’s scope, sketched preliminary design ideas and created wireframes for the key screens. The next step was to finish a design taking into account the client’s feedback, and develop interactive prototypes. Last but not least, we gathered feedback from the client and potential users. Created Backlog - we created and split the work, taking into account priorities, into small sprints, so after each one, we presented the progress to the client and got feedback. Also, we were discussing new requests for the upcoming sprints of the project. Worked on a Backend&Frontend – we decided to build the application using Angular, NestJS, and NodeJS for the frontend. Worked on Maintenance – the development team was ready to ensure to preserve the project’s state work on the improvements, updates and requests.
