Pioneerz Lab Marketplace
Pioneerz Lab Marketplace is a web3-focused marketplace experience created during the peak of the NFT wave. The project explored how digital identity, decentralized IP, and customization could merge into an inclusive and engaging platform. I designed the UI and user experience for one of the most important features in the Pioneerz roadmap: a marketplace where NFT holders could discover, collect, and equip wearable assets for their Pioneerz avatars. The experience focused on clarity, modularity, and delight, allowing users to express identity while reinforcing ownership in a decentralized ecosystem.
Requirements, Challenges & Process
Requirements
The objective was to design a scalable marketplace UI focused on NFT wearables, enabling avatar customization and digital identity expression. The interface needed to support discovery, collection, and equipping of digital assets while remaining flexible enough to grow with the platform. In parallel, promotional content had to be created in alignment with web3 culture and the project’s visual branding.
Challenges
A key challenge was translating complex NFT concepts into a clear and accessible user experience that felt intuitive even to non-technical users. It was also important to balance the functional requirements of a marketplace with the playful nature of customization and self-expression. Additionally, producing high-quality motion and promotional content under tight timelines required efficient workflows without compromising visual quality.
Process
We provided a team consisting of:
1 Designer
The UI was designed and structured in Figma, supported by a minimal design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Interactive components, such as key buttons, were prototyped in Rive to explore motion-driven feedback.
Jitter was used for fast scene transitions in daily promotional content. More detailed UI demonstrations and interaction storytelling were animated in After Effects. Final assembly, sound design, and pacing were completed in Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver polished promotional assets.

The Concept
The concept behind Pioneerz Lab Marketplace was to empower digital identity through customization and ownership. By blending clean UI, expressive motion, and web3 culture, the marketplace aimed to make NFT wearables feel accessible, fun, and meaningful—transforming digital assets into personal identity tools rather than static collectibles.
